Fuelhouse Australia Ltd is a not-for-profit organisation which facilitates the national provision of Youth Leadership Forums for Australia’s emerging leaders.   Fuelhouse has evolved from the workings of the local Mitchell Youth Leadership Forum which began in the Mitchell electorate six years ago.  Through Fuelhouse the Mitchell Youth Leadership Forum has been replicated in another electorate since 2005.  Over 800 young leaders of tomorrow have been impacted.  Interest has also been shown by another 5 electorates to date, with the ultimate potential of 150 electorates Australia-wide.

Objectives:

1. To develop young leaders in the community by exposing youth to the values of service to others, integrity, and courage.
2. To empower participants about the opportunities life has for them after school, whether that is finding a job, or further study.
3. To encourage the youth to “own” their futures, helping them believe they can achieve their dreams
